Meet Ozzy

I'm Arezoo Kharazi, although most people know me as Ozzy. I'm an accredited psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and ICF-accredited life coach, and the founder of Evolved Mind.

My experience includes more than five years working within the NHS, charity sector and GP practices, alongside my private practice.

I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard rather than simply assessed or fitted into a particular model. My approach is integrative and pluralistic, which means I draw from different therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to you as an individual.

Depending on what brings you to therapy, our sessions may involve exploring past experiences, understanding patterns of thoughts and behaviour, developing practical strategies, strengthening relationships or simply having a safe space to make sense of what you're experiencing.

Above all, I aim to offer a relationship that feels warm, collaborative and free from judgement, where you can explore what matters to you at your own pace.

Professional Memberships & Accreditation

I am an accredited registrant with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and the National Hypnotherapy Society, and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I am also a recognised provider with Bupa, Aviva and WPA for eligible therapy sessions.
